Delivered, with the network of APC Overnight depots nationwide, is celebrating success after APC was named as “Network of the Year” at the Motor Transport Awards 2013. These transport industry “Oscars” are awarded for outstanding performance, and the judges reported that the excellent teamwork by APC depots during the 2012 Olympics, keeping deliveries on track despite mass transport restrictions, was a significant factor in the network’s win.
Delivered MD Jon Barber – also a Board Member of APC Overnight – was delighted with the award: ““This is a great result and a fantastic endorsement of our pledge to provide the best possible overnight delivery service in the UK. We are part of a network of 115 local delivery companies throughout the country that work in partnership to ensure successful deliveries for local customers every day.”
