All shipments need an air waybill. We can deal with all paperwork on document deliveries, and can provide preprinted air waybills for regular shippers. Details to complete are:

  1. Date
  2. Sender’s name, address and telephone number
  3. Reference number
  4. Recipient’s name, address and telephone number (PO Box addresses must be accompanied by a telephone number)
  5. Number of pieces, total weight and size
  6. Full description of goods
  7. Unit value (and currency)
  8. Signature or company stamp

Shipments outside the EU

Shipments outside the EU need to be accompanied by commercial invoices. Please supply three copies (all originally signed) typewritten on your company letterhead. The details must match those given on the airwaybill and should include:

  1. Invoice type
  2. Recipient’s name, address and telephone number
  3. Sender’s name, address and telephone number
  4. Sender’s VAT number and EORI number if applicable*
  5. Invoice number
  6. Date of invoice
  7. Quantity
  8. Full description of goods
  9. Total weight
  10. Total value and currency
  11. Country of manufacture
  12. Type of export (temporary or permanent)
  13. Declaration
  14. Signature or company stamp

* Exporters/importers need an Economic Operator Registration Identification (EORI) if:

  1. You are exporting goods of over £600.00 in value to any NON EU country.
  2. You are importing goods of over £18.00 in value from any NON EU country.
